5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS  

- We offer easy returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.  

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.  

- Innerwear and lingerie items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.  

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience.  

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS  

- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.  

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.  

- Certain categories such as lingerie, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  

- Lingerie and innerwear  

- Sale or discounted items (unless received in a damaged or defective condition)  

- Accessories (if applicable)  

- Gift cards or vouchers  


3. RETURN PROCESS

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).  

- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.  

- Please ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.


4. EXCHANGE POLICY  

- Exchanges are allowed for size or color (if available in stock).  

- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.  

- Exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval once we receive the returned item.


5. REFUND PROCESS  

- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.  

- If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within **7–10 business days**.  

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.  

- Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS  

- In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.  

- We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY  

- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.  

- Once the order is dispatched, it will fall under the return process outlined above.  

- Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within **5–7 business days**.


8. SHIPPING COSTS  

- Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items.  

- For other returns (such as size issues or change of mind), a nominal pickup fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
